MEN'S MINISTRY
Crossroads Men’s Ministry exists to encourage men to become the man that God desires them to be. Every man has his own struggles and doubts regardless of whether they are just exploring Christianity, are a new Christian, or has walked with the Lord for several years. Society throws all kinds of negative labels at men and false expectations. Together the men at Crossroads can discover truth and ways to apply that truth to their lives and to help hold each other accountable without facing judgement.
⦁ Men’s Breakfast: This monthly meeting is a place where men can come enjoy some male bonding and be challenged. Each month, someone will present a devotion and a challenge.
⦁ Annual Men’s T Dinner: This is designed to be an event for the churched and non-churched and includes a great meal, a guest speaker, and door prize drawings (generally centered around a hunting theme).
⦁ Family Funday Sunday: This event is designed for all ages and meets at a local shooting range. We provide an awesome lunch and then spend the afternoon on the range. We also have lots of fun activities for the kids.
⦁ One-to-One Mentoring and Small Groups: As needs arise, there are options available for men to meet and develop their walk with the Lord.

WOMEN'S MINISTRY
Crossroads Women’s Ministry exists for the purpose of growing women in their walks with the Lord. We recognize that every woman is in a different place in their faith journey or a different stage and we desire to come along each woman regardless of whether they are a new Christian, exploring Christianity, or has walked with the Lord for years. Throughout the year, we offer different ministries or events to help women mature in their relationship with one another and with God. We offer different opportunities for women to be able to learn Biblical truth and explore ways to apply that truth to their lives.
⦁ One-on-One Relationships: Women meeting with other women to grow in the Word of God and in the application of the Word to their lives.
⦁ Fellowship Groups: Women meeting in small groups to study God’s Word, practice accountability, share experiences, and to provide encouragement to one another
⦁ Special Events: These events are designed to for the churched and the non-churched where women will hear God’s Word, experience fellowship, worship together and hear the gospel. This includes or Ladies Tea and the Annual Ornament Exchange.
⦁ Service Opportunities: There are several times a year when there is a need for meals for funerals, shut-ins, or other special events. Sometimes, there is a need for lots of cookies. Or maybe there is opportunity to bless another with a baby or wedding shower. This is a great way for women to bless others with the gifts that God has blessed us with.
